 You are interested in the fun and full on action of yacht racing but need to gain some experience aboard a racing yacht. Paradoxically you can’t get a place on board because you have no experience. How do you get started?

  Or maybe you have some yacht racing experience but are finding difficulty getting the results you would like. Start line positioning, sail trim, navigation, tactics and efficient crew management seem like a black art. How do you move on?

We can offer race training, from basic which rope to pull and when, to more advanced levels of boat and crew preparation, race tactics, navigation, and trimming. All aboard one of our yachts, or on your own boat. Our skippers have raced in most of the leading regattas and off shore events with a wealth of knowledge at your disposal

£150 per person per day.

£200 per day own boat tuition + travel & food.

Racing

We run a racing programme throughout the year taking in events such as Round the Island Race, Cowes week and many of the numerous sailing regattas staged in the Solent. There are limited places available on the yachts in these events. So if you fancy being in the thick of it as part of a racing crew this is the on for you.

We race with an experienced core crew who will give you the benefit of their knowledge, whether this is your first time on a racing yacht, or you are looking to improve on your racing skills.

£150 - £250 per race day  per person depending on event.
