Stuff You Need to Know

How to Book

Decide on which type of sailing experience you would like to participate. Contact us by phone or e-mail to discuss your options and then our friendly staff will confirm if your chosen date is available and calculate the total cost for you. Fill out and print the Booking Form and post it to us with your cheque within the following seven days, (Places cannot be held any longer than this). We will send your booking confirmation  and joining instructions by return.

Fun Day Sails

Fun Day Sail   £149 per person

Half Day Sail   £115 per person

Evening Sail      £55 per person

Cruising

Commercially coded yacht with Yachtmaster skipper: From £500per day + catering, fuel, mooring fees, duties & any other extra requirements.

Team Building and Corporate Hospitality Rates

Commercially coded yacht with Yachtmaster skipper: From £500per day + catering, corporate branded items T-Shirts, flags etc. & any other extra requirements.

Race Training

£150 per person per day + food & drink.

£200 per day own boat racing tuition + travel & food.

Racing

£150 - £250 per race day  per person depending on event + food & drink.

Important Information

Where are we

The yachts are based on the South Coast, in Southampton and  Hamble, with easy access to Southampton water and the Solent area.

Numbers
We can cater for up to a maximum of seven  people on board each yacht plus the skipper. Minimum age is 16 & 13 for "Fun Days". Maximum weight 20 stone. No previous sailing experience is required.  Non-swimmers are welcome.

Catering

Tea, Coffee, soft drinks and biscuits on board are inclusive.

We can provide food and drinks onboard or ashore at extra expense. Please contact  us with your requirements when planning your event.

Branding

Corporate and team clothing can be provided, as well as prizes, gifts and certificates to mark your event.

The weather
Sailing may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions which would make it dangerous. Please call the office if in any doubt.

Spectators
Spectators are welcome to wave you off from the Marina, but will not be able to join you on board.

Dress code
Dress casually in several layers of clothing to allow for hot/cold weather. It is important to bring an anorak and soft-soled shoes (e.g. trainers/deck shoes). A hat, sunglasses and sunscreen are essential on sunny days. life-jackets and waterproofs will be provided. Don't forget your camera!

Insurance & Passports

For our Cross Channel cruises only you will need a valid passport, current medical/travel insurance and European Health Insurance Card (EHIC).

Overnight Sailings

You will need to supply your own sleeping bag on any overnight sailings.

Availability
Selected dates from April to October, and occasionally outside these months too. All booking is subject to availability so please book early to avoid disappointment.
