Hamble to Cork Delivery Trip

8th to 12th June

Departed Hamble in sunny but blustery F4/5 SW winds, which increased overnight to strong F7/8 S/Westerly. A rough and wet night, so we headed to Brixham for shelter, a dry out and massive full English breakfast. The winds dropped to F3/4 by late afternoon and we set off again, making lands end by 13:00 the following day. Then heading North East across the Irish sea with a fantastic moon rise behind us and big sunrise at dawn. Arrived in Cork at 16:30 Tuesday and Fish Pie with plenty of  Guinness for supper.
